Philosophy
Our
system of residential treatment programs along with our
structured sober living environments is a composite of several
philosophies and techniques. Many clients resistant to "traditional"
drug and alcoholism recovery treatments and programs find
that Opiate Recovery is the perfect fit for their lifestyle.
We provide
compassionate and individualized treatment that offers the
chemically dependent person a route to recovery that is
specifically tailored to their needs. This approach has
been particularly successful with the following types of
clients:

needing a truly discreet program
- Clients
that have chronic relapse problems
- Those
in need of individualized services
- Those
new to recovery and treatment
Specializing
in designing programs that address the values and beliefs
of the people we serve, Opiate Recovery increases their
ability to engage and participate in treatment. This open
ended and person-specific approach has proven to be a strong
deterrent to chemical and behavioral relapse.
After
admission at Opiate Recovery, the client meets with a drug
addiction MD to address their needs and formulate a drug
and alcohol treatment program together (Men's and women's
health are evaluated). Understanding the concept that recovering
addicts have underlying problems and issues that causes
them to become chemically dependent as a solution is critical
to understanding the recovery process. The "drug solution"
has eventually become a greater problem than the original
issues.
During
the client's stay at Opiate Recovery, they are assigned
a drug & alcohol addiction counselor to suggest positive
behavior modification to learn how to live life without
drugs & alcohol. An emphasis on sobriety and life coping
skills for interpersonal and business relationships is fostered
in our structured environment. By meeting on a regular basis,
the counselor is the client's personal guide during their
stay, making recovery from drugs and alcohol as successful
and pleasant as possible.
At Opiate
Recovery, the weekdays are heavily immersed in addiction
education in a comfortable, relaxing environment. After
scheduled education the client is free to enjoy the many
amenities available** close by such as sport fishing, sailing,
jet skis, golf, tennis, volleyball, basketball, workout
club & spa, and much more.
